目的建立保健食品中阿魏酸的反相高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:AichromBond-1 C184.6 mm×150 mm,5μm,流动相:乙睛∶0.085%磷酸水溶液=20∶80检测波长320 nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱箱温度30℃。结果阿魏酸在1.0~10.0μg/ml范围内呈好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为90.3%~94.2%,相对标准偏差分别为6.00%~7.51%。结论该方法简便,准确,能够满足保健食品中阿魏酸含量的检测要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in health food by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The HPLC method was as follows: AichromBond-1 C184.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm, mobile phase: acetonitrile: 0.085% phosphoric acid solution 20:80, detection wavelength 320 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml / min , Oven temperature 30 ℃. Results The ferulic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 1.0 ~ 10.0 μg / ml. The average recoveries were 90.3% ~ 94.2% with relative standard deviations of 6.00% -7.51%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can meet the detection requirements of ferulic acid content in health food.
