施工企业在激烈的市场竞争当中,如何获得发展动力、增加利润,除了获得单价较好的项目外,进行施工成本控制就是挖掘潜力,增加效益的最有效手段。本文通过对施工企业在成本控制当中存在问题的分析,提出了解决和加强施工企业工程成本控制的步骤和方法。
Construction enterprises in the fierce market competition, how to get the momentum of development, increase profits, in addition to access to the unit price is better than the project, the construction cost control is to tap potential and increase efficiency of the most effective means. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the cost control of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the steps and methods to solve and strengthen the construction cost control in construction enterprises.
