近年来,以剖腹产术结束分娩,逐年上升。但是,该手术和其他腹部手术一样,存在一定的危险性和并发症。我院自1969年初至1980年7月底的11年零7个月中,分娩总数49,817例,剖腹产术3,908例,占7.73％;术后发生严重并发症再行腹部手术8例,占0.2％。8例中并发子宫创口溃疡2例、输尿管子宫瘘与腹内出血各3例(另有1例发生在1960年,为总结经验也收入本文),由于及时发现,适时再行腹部手术,预后均良好。
In recent years, cesarean section to end childbirth, increased year by year. However, as with other abdominal operations, this procedure presents certain risks and complications. In our hospital, from the beginning of 1969 to the end of July, 1980, 49,817 childbirths and 3,908 caesarean sections occurred, accounting for 7.73%.
