一、深刻认识全面从严治党新常态党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央,对全面从严治党提出一系列新思想、新观点、新论断、新要求,概括起来主要是“五个强调”:一是强调把抓好党建作为最大的政绩。习近平总书记指出,要把抓好党建作为最大的政绩,对各级党组织负责人的考核,首先要看抓党建的实效,考核党员领导干部也要加大这方面的权重。二是强调从严管理干部。习近平总书记提出新时期好干部的“20字”标准和“三严三实”、“四有”、“四种人”
