采用人工神经网络对Ni Al基合金的超塑性进行了预测。结果表明,Ni Al基合金伸长率达到最大值时,其应力敏感指数m的范围是0.30~0.45,最大的应变速率敏感指数并没有和伸长率的最大值相对应。另外,应变速率越低越容易出现伸长率最大值这一规律并不适用于所有合金。
The superplasticity of Ni Al-based alloys was predicted by artificial neural network. The results show that when the elongation of NiAl-based alloy reaches the maximum, the range of stress sensitivity index m is 0.30 ~ 0.45. The maximum strain rate sensitivity index does not correspond to the maximum value of elongation. In addition, the lower the strain rate, the more prone to the law of maximum elongation does not apply to all alloys.
