只有努力学习,才能掌握家庭服务的过硬职业技能。2002年12月,油田总医院缘源陪护中心成立,面向大庆市内及五区四县招收护工,我积极响应报名。在专业理论培训阶段,因为初次接触医学知识和术语,没有任何医学护理基础,心里没底,但我认真听课,仔细记笔记,经过刻苦努力,以95分的成绩拿到理论考试证书。
