作为一名年轻的班主任,我有干工作的满腔热情,心甘情愿为这项工作付出。下面我结合自己工作中的实际案例,浅谈几点体会与感悟。一、善于接近学生,体贴、关心学生,真诚地与学生交流班主任要把学生当成自己的孩子一样,他们的进步牵动我的心。班主任既是老师又是学生的朋友、家人。要充分赢得学生的尊重、信赖,而不是学生的怕。
