1986年3月21日,黑龙江省化工建设公司某土建施工队,在哈尔滨市南岗区民益街32号进行旧楼拆除施工作业,将三楼顶层水箱房拆下来的近4立方米的残土堆积在三楼地板上,致使旧地板负荷过重,这些残土碎砖连同旧楼板逐层塌落,把正在地下室研究工作的队长、副队长、安技员、现场员等八人砸在下面,造成当即死亡五人,一人经抢救无效死亡,另两人负伤。
On March 21, 1986, a civil construction team of the Chemical Construction Company of Heilongjiang Province carried out the demolition operation of the old building at No. 32 Minyi Street, Nangang District, Harbin, and removed nearly 4 cubic meters of residual soil from the top-floor water tank house on the third floor.
