我厂原是一个汽车配件厂,1970年开始生产6120型柴油机。这种柴油机气门间隙调整螺钉球头硬度要求为HRC≥55。我厂没有高频淬火设备,曾采用过火焰淬火。淬火效率低,质量也不稳定。为了提高质量,发展生产,自己动手,利用一台废旧的硒整流器上的材料自制了一台电解加热淬火机,实现了半自动电解淬火,淬火硬度达了HRC=56~62,基本上没有废品。这种加热方法设备简单,耗电量少,操作方便。1.电解淬火的原理和设备电解加热是一种工件表面加热方法。它的加热原理是:较高电压的直流电流通过电解质
