在我国社会主义现代化建设的过程中,文化建设的地位越来越重要。图书馆为广大人民群众提供了学习的场所,在社会转型期间,图书馆为了适应社会的发展,进行了一系列的创新。本文主要就社会转型期图书馆理念创新概述进行了简要的阐述,而后针对社会转型期图书馆理念创新存在的问题进行了深入研究,结合本次研究最终提出了创新自由理念、创新服务理念、创新管理理念等实施策略,最终希望借助于本次研究,能够为相关的社会转型期图书馆理念创新经验谈,提供一些可供参考的内容。
In the process of socialist modernization in our country, the status of cultural construction is more and more important. Libraries provide a place for learning for the general public. During the period of social transformation, libraries made a series of innovations in order to adapt to the development of society. In this paper, we briefly describe the innovation of library concept during the period of social transition, and then make an in-depth research on the existing problems of library concept during the social transition. Combining with this study, we put forward the concept of innovation and freedom, innovating service concept and innovation Management philosophy and other implementation strategies, and ultimately hope that with the help of this study, we can provide some references for the relevant experiences in the library during the social transformation period.
