煤泥水系统运行效果直接影响到选煤厂的经济效益。现有煤泥水处理多为实验或实践性讨论,煤泥水沉降的机理研究是解决这一问题的理论依据。通过分析EDLVO理论中每组实验的总势能曲线上都存在一个最大势垒(势能值最大点)和一个相对应的临界距离及相关公式推导并将其应用于煤泥水悬浮液系统中,经实验结果验证,得出在不同絮凝剂用量下煤泥水悬浮液中细粒煤泥的各种作用势能变化。从而在煤泥水沉降的机理方面作出了必要工作。
The operation effect of slime water system directly affects the economic benefits of coal preparation plant. Existing slime water treatment is mostly experimental or practical discussion, the mechanism of slime water settling is the theoretical basis to solve this problem. Through analyzing the maximum potential barrier (the maximum point of potential energy value) and the corresponding critical distance in the total potential energy curve of each group in EDLVO theory and deriving it and applying it to the slime suspension system, The results show that the various potential energy changes of the fine coal slime in the slurry of slime water with different flocculant dosage. Thus making the necessary work in the mechanism of the sedimentation of slime water.
