本文报告40例90岁以上老人的尸解所发现的心血管疾病类型。男21例,女29例,平均年龄94岁(90～103岁)。40例中发现患有心血管病者39例,最常见的为冠心病,其次为主动脉瓣及二尖瓣环钙化、心脏淀粉样变和扩张型心肌病等。有冠脉广泛硬化者37例(92％),主要4支冠脉中的1支或更多支的管腔狭窄程度在76～100％者28例(70％),但出现过典型临床症状史者
This article reports on the types of cardiovascular disease found in 40 autopsies of 40-year-olds and older. There were 21 males and 29 females, with an average age of 94 years (90 ~ 103 years). Forty-three patients were found with cardiovascular disease in 39 patients, the most common coronary heart disease, followed by aortic valve and mitral annular calcification, cardiac amyloidosis and dilated cardiomyopathy.
