長江流域地下資源与水力資源都很丰富,需要开發。長江下游河流流經冲積平原,每遇較大洪水,常泛濫成災,急需進行治理。当此全國工農業大躍進之际,对于長江的开發治理应全面規划,積極進行准备。謹就河流的發育歷史略論長江的治理与三峽水利樞紐坝区工程地質条件的初步比較,提供一些意見。
The Yangtze River Basin underground resources and water resources are very rich and need to develop. The lower reaches of the Yangtze River flows through the alluvial plain, flooding in each case of floods, flooding, urgent need for governance. When the great leap forward of the country’s agriculture and industry came along, we should make a comprehensive plan for the development and governance of the Yangtze River and make preparations for it.
