国有重点企业是我省国民经济的支柱,随着改革调整和技术创新的不断深入,国有企业越来越发挥出良好的经济效益和社会效益。我省国有企业历来重视安全生产工作,安全生产总体形势稳定。但是,目前一个阶段,国有工矿企业连续发生事故,给国家和人民群众生命财产带来重大损失,在社会上造成了一定的影响。如何控制事故连发的被动局面?怎样才能解决企业安全生产工作中存在的问题?本刊记者深入我省部分国有大型企业进行采访,全面了解企业推进安全生产工作的思路和措施,收集整理企业在安全生产工作中取得的成绩和总结的经验,提醒各有关部门高度重视国有企业安全生产工作,希望在国有企业成为安全生产行业典范这一问题上进一步形成共识。
State-owned key enterprises are the pillar of the national economy in our province. With the reform and the continuous deepening of technological innovation, the state-owned enterprises have been giving more and more good economic and social benefits. The state-owned enterprises in our province have always attached importance to work safety and the overall safety in production situation is stable. However, at the present stage, the successive accidents of state-owned industrial and mining enterprises have caused heavy losses to the life and property of the country and the people and have caused some impacts in the society. How to control the passive situation of accidents? How can we solve the problems existing in the work of safety production? Our correspondents in-depth interview with some large state-owned enterprises in our province to fully understand the ideas and measures for enterprises to promote safety in production, The achievements made in the safety work and the lessons learned from the work have reminded all relevant departments to attach great importance to work safety in state-owned enterprises and hope to further reach a consensus on the issue of state-owned enterprises becoming a model for the safe production industry.
