将机会教育的理念引入一线班组成员的安全素质培训中,给出机会教育的定义和在基层班组中的应用模式,通过应用的明显成效,进一步说明机会教育是提高班组成员安全素质有效方法,比较适合在基层班组培训工作中推广应用。
The concept of opportunity education is introduced into the training of safety team members of front-line team members. The definition of opportunity education and the application mode in grass-root team are given. Through the obvious effect of application, opportunity education is an effective way to improve the safety quality of team members. Suitable for promotion and application of grass-roots team training.
