本文通过使双圆弧齿轮的齿面接触迹沿齿宽接近均布,设计出了一种低噪声双圆弧齿轮—H—3型双圆弧齿轮,对该齿型进行的有限元分析和在封闭功率流齿轮实验台上进行的齿根应力及噪声实验表明:H—3型双圆弧齿轮的噪声和齿根应力均比JB2940—81型双圆弧齿轮有所下降。
In this paper, a double-arc gear with low noise -H-3 double circular arc gear is designed by making the contact surface of the double circular arc gear close to uniform along the tooth width. Finite element analysis and Dental root stress and noise experiments on a closed power flow gear bench show that the noise and root densities of the H-3 double circular arc gear are lower than that of the JB2940-81 double circular arc gear.
