同志们:在我们的会议将要闭幕的时候,我受主席团的委托向大会作总结报告。我们的代表会议开了五天,时间不算长,而收获却是很大的。在会议上讨论了我省1956——1957年在财政贸易金融方面的工作规划(草案),这就使我们在今明两年的工作中,有了明确的奋斗目标;在会议的讨论和发言中,集中了我省财政贸易金融战线上各个方面和各个地区的先进经验。这些经验是:在国营商业方面:有预售结合合同、卡片兑换售货法、“三熟二好”、计划推销、产销联系,做
Comrades: At the close of our meeting, I was commissioned by the presidium to submit a summary report to the General Assembly. Five days have passed since the meeting of representatives took place. The time is not long but the gains are enormous. At the meeting, we discussed the work plan (draft) of our province in finance and trade finance from 1956 to 1957. This has enabled us to set clear goals for our work in the next two years. In the discussions and speeches of the meeting , Which concentrated on the advanced experience in various aspects and various regions of the financial and trade fronts of our province. These experiences are: in state-owned commercial areas: there are pre-sale contract, the card exchange sales law, “three cooked two good ”, plan sales, production and sales contact, do
