目的:观察补肾清热毒方(简称补清方)对cGVHD狼疮样小鼠模型肾组织细胞Fas的调节作用。方法:将模型小鼠于诱导后第4周,随机分为补清方组(10只),泼尼松组(10只),模型组(6只)及未造模的F1对照组(6只),用药8周后处死,采用免疫组化、Westernblot和RT-PCR技术检测Fas基因转录及其蛋白表达情况。结果:补清方可上调FasmRNA和蛋白水平。结论:补清方治疗LN的作用可能是通过上调Fas,促进细胞凋亡实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Bushen Qingre Dudu (abbreviated as Buqing recipe) on Fas in renal tissue of cGVHD lupus-like mouse model. METHODS: Four weeks after induction, model mice were randomly divided into Bupeifang group (10), prednisone group (10), model group (6) and unmodeled F1 control group (6 Only), 8 weeks after drug administration, immunohistochemistry, Western blot and RT-PCR were used to detect Fas gene transcription and protein expression. Results: Buqing can up-regulate Fas mRNA and protein levels. Conclusion: The effect of Bu Qing Fang on LN may be through up-regulating Fas and promoting apoptosis.
