随着技工学校招生生源越来越差,如何将这样一批就读技校的学生学有所成、学有所用,成为对社会有用的技工人才,是摆在广大技校教育工作者面前的现实问题。尤其针对这样一些过去缺乏学习兴趣的群体,选择适合他们的教学方法,调动他们的学习主动性和积极性是非常必要的。本文从培养自主性学习入手,结合技工教育的特点,重点解决学生学习中的障碍,达到调到学生学习的积极性的目的。
As the enrollment of technical school workers is getting worse and worse, how can such a group of students who attend technical schools become successful and have learned to use them and become useful technicians for the society? This is a realistic problem confronting the majority of technical school educators. In particular, it is necessary for such groups lacking in learning interest in the past to choose the teaching methods suitable for them and to mobilize their learning initiative and enthusiasm. Starting from cultivating independent learning and combining with the characteristics of mechanic education, this article focuses on solving the obstacles in student learning and attaining the purpose of transferring students’ motivation to study.
