我院在具体操作缩短平均住院日工作的过程中，根据全院平均住院日控制在１４天以内的宏观控制目标，为２９个临床科室（病房）制定了具体的平均住院日标准，通过１９９６～１９９７年统计，每年仅有３个科室未能达到院颁标准。我们报告了我院各临床科室床位数、平均住院日标准的具体数据及看法。
In the process of shortening the average hospitalization day, our hospital established a specific average length of hospital stay for 29 clinical departments (wards) according to the macro control goal of the average length of hospital stay within 14 days. Statistics in 1997 showed that only three departments failed to meet the standards of the institute. We have reported specific data and views on the number of beds and the average length of hospital stay for all clinical departments in our hospital.
