非公经济是浙江发展的重要之源,也是浙江发展潜力的重要支撑,这是浙江的特点,也是浙江的优势。20多年来,浙江省非公经济发展迅猛。截止2005年,全省非公企业已达77.59万家,有从业人员近600万人,实现经济增加值9556亿元,实现工业总产值7846.21亿元,拉动全省工业总产值增长8.9个百分点。改革开放的良好环境成就了浙江非公经济的突起,近年来,随着非公企业规模的不断扩大,管理的日趋规范,非公企业自身蕴涵着的形式不同、方法各异的思想政治工作潜在力量也正在发挥着凝聚人心、营造和谐的重要作用,成为企业不可或缺的重要软实力。按照中国政研会的要求,我们对台州、温州、湖州、金华等地非公企业思想政治工作开展情况进行了调查,主要采取听介绍、实地查看和上报汇报材料等形式进行。
Non-public economy is an important source of development in Zhejiang, Zhejiang is also an important support for the development potential, which is the characteristics of Zhejiang, Zhejiang is also the advantage. For more than 20 years, the non-public economy in Zhejiang Province has developed rapidly. By 2005, the number of non-public enterprises in the province had reached 775,900, with nearly 6 million employed people, an added value of 955.6 billion yuan and a total industrial output value of 784.621 billion yuan, driving the province’s gross industrial output value up by 8.9 percentage points. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of non-public enterprises, the increasingly standardized management, the different forms of non-public enterprises themselves and the potential of different methods of ideological and political work, the outstanding environment of reform and opening up has brought about the prominence of non-public economy in Zhejiang. Strength is also playing an important role in uniting people’s hearts and creating harmony, becoming an indispensable and important soft power in enterprises. In accordance with the requirements of the China Political Research Conference, we investigated the implementation of the ideological and political work of non-public enterprises in places such as Taizhou, Wenzhou, Huzhou and Jinhua, mainly in the form of briefings, on-site inspection and submission of reporting materials.
