提出渣油在延迟焦化加热炉加热过程中可分为3个阶段,即裂化反应加热阶段、缩合反应加热阶段、过热加热阶段。分析了3个阶段的特点和规律以及目前炉管结焦的位置和原因,提出了延迟焦化加热炉进料流程的优化方法和“双点二级”注水技术。该技术应用于石家庄炼油厂延迟焦化加热炉改造的结果表明,加热炉处理能力提高了27%,辐射炉管注水量降低了42%,正常运转周期达13个月,改造投资回收期仅1个月。
It is proposed that the residual oil can be divided into three stages in the heating process of delayed coking furnace, namely the cracking reaction heating stage, the condensation reaction heating stage and the overheating heating stage. The characteristics and rules of the three stages and the location and reason of the current coke tube are analyzed. The optimization method of the feed flow of delayed coking reheating furnace and the technology of “two points and two stages” water injection are put forward. The technology was applied to the retrofitting of delayed coking furnace in Shijiazhuang Refinery. The results showed that the furnace capacity was increased by 27%, the radiant tube water injection rate was reduced by 42%, the normal operation period was 13 months, and the retrofit investment recovery period was only 1 month.
