兴隆庄煤矿选煤厂在科技进步和市场经济的冲击下,为满足用户对精煤质量日益提高的要求、扩大精煤出口量,在做到保证精煤内在质量的同时,狠抓了精煤外在质量的提高问题,研制出了适合我国老厂和新建厂的精煤除杂技术。本文从分析软杂质(木杂质)的性质入手,结合分选过程中杂质的特性,提出了精煤除杂的工艺流程,并介绍了水力除杂机、分级除杂筛和除杂捞坑三个除杂环节的工作原理和效果。
