兴隆庄煤矿选煤厂在科技进步和市场经济的冲击下，为满足用户对精煤质量日益提高的要求、扩大精煤出口量，在做到保证精煤内在质量的同时，狠抓了精煤外在质量的提高问题，研制出了适合我国老厂和新建厂的精煤除杂技术。本文从分析软杂质（木杂质）的性质入手，结合分选过程中杂质的特性，提出了精煤除杂的工艺流程，并介绍了水力除杂机、分级除杂筛和除杂捞坑三个除杂环节的工作原理和效果。
