进入“老龄”期铆接钢桥剩余寿命估算,不仅对大量既有桥梁的安全性至关重要,同时也具有重要的社会和经济意义。本文概要介绍了以下研究内容:旧桥铆接构件疲劳性能的研究,铁路桥梁运营应力谱的测算方法,疲劳裂纹起始和扩展速率的研究。据此,建立了基于疲劳累积损伤的沽算方法和裂纹起始寿命和扩展寿命的估算模型。并对我国各铁路干线上服役了40~70年的铆接钢桥剩余寿命进行了实例分析。
Estimating the remaining life of a riveted steel bridge in an “aged” age is not only crucial for the safety of a large number of existing bridges, but also has important social and economic implications. In this paper, the following research contents are briefly introduced: the fatigue behavior of riveted members of old bridges, the calculation method of stress spectra of railway bridges, the study of fatigue crack initiation and propagation rate. Based on this, an estimation method based on accumulated fatigue damage and the initial and extended crack life prediction models are established. The remaining life of the riveted steel bridges which served 40-70 years on all railway lines in our country was analyzed.
