素质教育是以全面提高国民素质为目的的教育。素质教育和应试教育的最大不同点在于应试教育是以应付考试,特别是应付升学考试,追求升学率为目的的教育,而素质教育则是为了让学生的各方面得到全面的发展和提高。一、未来世界的发展前景决定了中学生物学科在素质教育中的重要地位。人类要生存,要发展,就必须解决生存和发展所遇到的一系列难题。
Quality education is an education aimed at improving the overall quality of citizens. The biggest difference between quality education and exam-oriented education lies in the fact that exam-oriented education is an education that deals with examinations, especially coping with entrance examinations, and pursues a higher education rate.
