基于互联网服务框架WebService提出了一种可扩展的Internet性能管理模型WIPMM,由功能模型、系统模型与软件模型三部分组成。WebService框架被用于构建软件模型,而XML成为软件模型的数据访问接口。由于采用WebService框架使应用程序在Internet中具备良好的互操作性,WIPMM可以很好地将网络测量与性能管理应用扩展到广域网并且改善了可扩展性。在性能管理应用层的性能预报服务中采用了‘算法动态选择’机制,实际上是一种基于误差估计的混合预报建模方法,被用于预报网络性能。采用‘算法动态选择’机制后,预报过程更为有效,预报结果更为准确。
Based on the Internet service framework WebService, an extensible Internet performance management model WIPMM is proposed, which is composed of three parts: function model, system model and software model. The WebService framework is used to build the software model, and XML becomes the data access interface to the software model. Thanks to the WebService framework that enables applications to have good interoperability on the Internet, WIPMM can well extend network measurement and performance management applications to the WAN and improve scalability. The “algorithm dynamic selection” mechanism is used in the performance prediction service of the performance management application layer, which is actually a hybrid forecast modeling method based on error estimation and is used to forecast the network performance. With the “algorithm dynamic selection” mechanism, the forecast process is more effective and the forecast result is more accurate.
