吉林省前郭县从为农村全面建设小康社会培养人才和提供组织保证的战略需要出发,以提高农村优秀青年的思想道德素质和农村高新、实用科技水平为重点,以培养造就一支能够践行“三个代表”重要思想,带领农民致富奔小康的农民党员干部队伍为基点,由县委组织部牵头,去年在重新乡创办了全县第一所优秀青年农民培训学校。建校办班至今,学校的各项工作有条不紊,授课内容不断创新,取得了较好的效果。
