在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线指引下,一九七三年,泥城公社人民大队在战胜各种自然灾害后,夺取了粮棉双丰收。全大队粮食平均常年亩产一千八百五十一点三斤,达到历史最高水平;棉花平均亩产皮棉二百零二斤,比一九七二年增产四成半。人民三队粮食常年亩产二千零二十六点五斤,比历史最高水平增产二成多;棉花平均亩产皮棉二百二十三斤,比一九七二年增产近二成。
Under Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, in 1973, the National People’s Brigade of the Chengcheng Commune won two bumper harvests of grain and cotton after defeating various natural disasters. The entire grain production of peasants averaged 1,851 kilograms of peasants per annum, reaching the highest level in history. The average cotton yield of 200 kg of lint cotton was 45% more than that of 1972. The annual output of grain of the People’s Third Corps has been raised by 20,256 kilograms of grain, an increase of more than 20% over the highest level in history. Cotton averagely produces 223 kilograms of lint per mu, an increase of nearly 20% over 1972.
