本文采用图像定量分析及形态测量方法对进入高原低氧环境下的大鼠大脑皮质超微结构进行定量研究观察。结果如下:急性组脑皮质细胞内的线粒体数量增多(P<0.01)。亚急性组线粒体数量减少(P<0.01),线粒体平均截面积增大(P<0.01),毛细血管基底膜增厚(P<0.01),内皮细胞中出现许多吞饮泡。轴突及树突内线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂。轴棘及轴树突触间隙变窄(P<0.01)。恢复组锥体细胞内出现多量的脂褐素。本文讨论了高原低氧对脑皮质影响及可塑性,并对形态改变的机制进行了探讨。
In this paper, image quantitative analysis and morphometry were used to quantitatively study the ultrastructure of rat cerebral cortex into the plateau under hypoxia environment. The results are as follows: The number of mitochondria in acute cerebral cortex increased (P <0.01). The number of mitochondria in subacute group was decreased (P <0.01), the average cross-sectional area of mitochondria increased (P <0.01), the capillary basement membrane was thicker (P <0.01) . Axonal and dendritic mitochondria swelling, crest fracture. Axonal spine and axis narrowed the synaptic cleft (P <0.01). Recovery group pyramidal cells appeared in large amounts of lipofuscin. This article discusses the effects of plateau hypoxia on cerebral cortex and plasticity, and discusses the mechanism of morphological changes.
