小儿APC是治疗小儿发热较常用的药物之一,但引起躁狂样发作的作用,笔者尚未见国内文献报道,现将笔者所见1例报告如下。患儿,男,2a,10d前因患上呼吸道感染,出现发热38.6℃,给小儿APC1片(天津力生制药厂生产,批号9004007),给药后1h,患儿出现明显的兴奋,躁动,任性,在室内到处走动,踏小凳,拧水龙头,家长哄骗不听劝说,欲强行抱走患儿时,则出现易激惹,哭闹不休,使家长只好依从患儿,此种现象持续4h后,患儿入睡,醒后未再出现(未再用小儿APC)。
