在双质量飞轮中引入摩擦轴承块并对次级飞轮型线改进设计,以提高双质量飞轮在大扭转角时输出的转矩,提升双质量飞轮的搭载能力。根据设计思想,推导出次级飞轮型线方程,基于Winkler弹性基础模型,建立了摩擦轴承块与次级飞轮楔入接触作用的力学分析模型,分析了次级飞轮型线系数对接触压力和接触作用产生的转矩特性的影响,对楔入接触作用进行了有限元分析,并与理论分析计算结果进行对比分析和讨论,研究内容对拓展双质量飞轮设计思路和进一步提高双质量飞轮性能提供了理论基础。
