在简明介绍公路建设宏观质量评价体系的基础上,对公路建设宏观质量评价体系指标权重与计算方法进行了研究。研究结果表明:专家调查法与层次分析法所确定的指标权重值基本吻合,采用专家调查法进行权重赋值简便可行。与合成指标法和神经网络法相比,加权平均法简洁实用,敏感度高,可以作为公路建设宏观质量评价指标的计算方法。
Based on the brief introduction of the macroscopic quality evaluation system of highway construction, the index weight and calculation method of macroscopic quality evaluation system of highway construction are studied. The result of the research shows that the weights of the indexes determined by the expert investigation method and the AHP are in good agreement with each other, and the weight assignment by the expert investigation method is simple and feasible. Compared with the synthetic index method and the neural network method, the weighted average method is concise and practical and has high sensitivity, which can be used as the calculation method of macroscopic quality evaluation index of highway construction.
