目的探讨幽门螺杆菌对血糖、血脂及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法采用14C-呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌,阳性组作为实验组,而阴性组作为对照组,比较两组的空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平以及胰岛素抵抗研究幽门螺杆菌与胰岛素抵抗的关系。结果对照组胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素及血糖水平均低于阳性组(P<0.05);实验组胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均高于对照组,而甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白均低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌有可能增加胰岛素抵抗,可升高血糖和胰岛素,但与血脂无关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Helicobacter pylori on blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin resistance. Methods Helicobacter pylori was detected by 14C-breath test. The positive group was used as the experimental group, while the negative group was used as the control group. The fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin level and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups to study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori and insulin resistance. Results The levels of insulin resistance, insulin and blood glucose in the control group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of triglyceride and high density lipoprotein were lower than those in the control group P> 0.05). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori may increase insulin resistance, can increase blood glucose and insulin, but has nothing to do with blood lipids.
