作者在十五年临床工作中遇到两例球内双异物，均因用鎯头敲击铁器时受伤。第一例为6年前收治的病员。该病员伤后住院，经X线平片及直接定位均见球内有一粒异物。手术时按定位指示切口，用电磁铁一次成功取出一粒异物。当时无意识地用电磁铁在切口处又吸了一次，竟然又再吸出一粒异物来！自此后，作者作球内异物手术时，虽然一次取出了异物，但均在切口处用电磁铁再行吸取一次。最近又遇一例。
In the fifteen years of clinical work, the author encountered two cases of double foreign objects in the ball, both of which were injured when the iron was struck with a jerk.
