首先,对工艺路线与公差设计集成优化关键技术进行了研究,从而为模型的建立提供了理论依据。然后,提出了考虑加工因素,以最小加工成本为目标,以装配功能要求、加工方法选择、经济加工精度范围为约束的集成优化数学模型。最后,应用基于Matlab的Tomlab工具箱对一个齿轮部件的集成优化模型进行求解,得出了较满意的结果,证明了该模型的有效性。
First of all, the key technologies of integration and optimization of process route and tolerance design are studied, which provides a theoretical basis for the model establishment. Then, an integrated optimization mathematical model considering the processing factors, the minimum processing cost as the goal, the assembly function requirement, the processing method selection, and the economic processing precision range as constraints is proposed. Finally, an integrated optimization model of a gear component is solved by using Tomlab toolbox based on Matlab, and the satisfactory result is obtained. The validity of the model is proved.
