领导者,应具有统揽全局的能力。办一县的事,要有一省的眼光;办一省的事,要有一国的眼光;办一国的事,要有世界的眼光。

Leaders, should have the ability to control the overall situation. Do a county thing, there must be a province of vision; do a province thing, we must have a country’s vision; do the affairs of a country, we must have the world’s vision.
