自2010年4月开始,“创建先进基层党组织、争做优秀共产党员”活动在黔中大地渐兴起,渐成热潮。两年来,贵州省委对搞好创先争优活动高度重视,不断围绕中心工作、谋划科学发展,动员基层党组织和广大党员积极投身创先争优,把心思集中到发展上、把力量凝聚到发展上,努力加速发展,努力创造“贵州速度”;确定具体争创主题,精心设计活动载体,让基层党组织和广大党员创有目标、争有方向;回应群众关切和期待,抓好学习实践活动整改落实,帮助群众解决生产生活中的实际问题。
