以鱼粉、豆粕和玉米蛋白粉为待测原料,分别与暗纹东方鲀基础饲料配制成3种试验饲料,其中含有70%的基础饲料和30%待测原料,研究暗纹东方鲀对3种蛋白质原料的消化率;用豆粕、玉米蛋白粉替代部分鱼粉配制基础饲料,分别在基础饲料中添加0.050%和0.075%的酶制剂,研究酶制剂对暗纹东方鲀配合饲料表观消化率的影响。实验结果表明:暗纹东方鲀对鱼粉、豆粕和玉米蛋白粉蛋白质和干物质的消化率都较高,蛋白质的消化率分别为93.40%、91.83%和94.97%;干物质的消化率分别为88.13%、85.73%和89.25%。饲料中添加酶制剂能显著提高暗纹东方鲀蛋白质和干物质的消化率,但0.050%和0.075%的实验组之间没有显著性差异,可通过添加0.050%的复合酶制剂来提高暗纹东方鲀对饲料的利用率。研究亮点:研究暗纹东方鲀对鱼粉、豆粕及玉米蛋白粉3种蛋白原料的消化率,并结合肉食性鱼类的消化生理研究酶制剂对消化率的影响,为开发暗纹东方鲀低鱼粉饲料提供重要的基础数据,是开展渔业生态、低碳研究的一个关键步骤,有前瞻性和创新性。
Using fishmeal, soybean meal and corn gluten meal as test materials, three kinds of experimental diets were formulated with basal diet of Takifugu obscurus, including 70% basal diet and 30% The digestibility of protein raw materials; using soybean meal, corn gluten meal instead of part of the fish meal to prepare the basic feed, respectively adding 0.050% and 0.075% of the enzyme preparation to the basic feed to study the effect of enzyme preparation on the apparent digestibility of the compound feed of Takifugu obscurus . The results showed that the digestibility of protein and dry matter of fish meal, soybean meal and corn gluten meal were high, with the protein digestibilities of 93.40%, 91.83% and 94.97%, respectively; the digestibilities of dry matter were 88.13 %, 85.73% and 89.25%. Enzyme supplementation in diet significantly increased protein and dry matter digestibility, but there was no significant difference between 0.050% and 0.075% of the experimental group, which can be improved by adding 0.050% of the compound enzyme preparation鲀 on feed utilization.
