以宽带接入网为例,探讨了本地网发展环境分类方法,并通过构建分析评价体系,分类考察本地网的资源投入水平和发展能力,对标本地网投资和营销资源利用效率,支撑本地网建设、运营效果分析,为资源的优化配置提供决策依据,同时,提出了分类制定本地网投资效益及成本标杆的方法,对运营商投资运营管理水平提升有积极意义。
Taking broadband access network as an example, this paper discusses the classification method of local network development environment. By constructing an analysis and evaluation system, it studies the level of resource investment and development capacity of local network by classification. It also analyzes the efficiency of local network investment and marketing resource utilization and supports local network Construction and operation effect analysis, and provide the decision-making basis for the optimal allocation of resources.
