探讨了砂轮与工件接触刚度非线性对工件颤振频率的影响。摄动理论分析和试验研究表明:工件系统的颤振频率随接触刚度的增加而线性增加。由于接触刚度随径向磨削力的增加而非线性增加,导致工件系统颤振频率也随径向磨削力的增加呈非线性增加。改变砂轮转速可以改变径向房削力.从而改变工件系统的颤振频率。
The effect of non-linearity of contact stiffness between grinding wheel and workpiece on the flutter frequency of workpiece is discussed. The perturbation theoretical analysis and experimental studies show that the chatter frequency of the workpiece system increases linearly with the increase of the contact stiffness. As the contact stiffness increases nonlinearly with the increase of radial grinding force, the chatter frequency of workpiece system also increases nonlinearly with the increase of radial grinding force. Changing the grinding wheel speed can change the radial cutting force. Thus changing the chatter frequency of the workpiece system.
