课后教学反思对于课堂教学起着举足轻重的作用,任何一名教师都不该忽视反思的重要性。教师不仅可以通过反思发现教学中存在的优缺点,从而改善教育教学效果;还能在反思中获得智慧和前进的动力。反思需要重新审视甚至批判自己,需要冷静地思考和认真地钻研,需要取长补短,更需要创新,只有如此才能使课堂教学变得越来越完美。
Reflections after class teaching plays a decisive role in class teaching. No teacher should ignore the importance of reflection. Teachers can not only discover the advantages and disadvantages of teaching through reflection, so as to improve the effectiveness of education and teaching, but also gain wisdom and motivation in reflection. Reflections need to re-examine or even criticize themselves, you need to calmly think and study hard, need to learn from each other, but also need innovation, the only way to make classroom teaching more and more perfect.
