研究了 Fe- C- Cr- Mn系亚稳奥氏体基耐磨铸造合金的成分与结构设计。在预先进行合金成分及结构设计计算的基础上,试验了 11种不同成分的合金。在滑动磨损时,这些合金的耐磨性高于 25% Cr马氏体基白口铸铁,远高于 Mn13钢。
The composition and structure design of Fe-C-Cr-Mn based metastable austenitic wear-resistant cast alloy were studied. On the basis of pre-alloy composition and structural design calculations, 11 different compositions of the alloy were tested. The wear resistance of these alloys is higher than that of 25% Cr martensitic white cast iron at sliding wear, much higher than that of Mn13 steel.
