SCC /XPC 是一种 DNA 损伤剪切修复蛋白(NER)复合体,主要负责修复由紫外线引起的DNA 损伤。近期研究发现,SCC /XPC 复合体在维持胚胎干细胞(ESCs)的特性和促进成纤维细胞重编程为多潜能干细胞(iPSCs)中均发挥重要作用。本文对 SCC /XPC 的结构组成、功能及其在诱导人牙髓细胞为多潜能干细胞(hDPC-iPSCs)中的应用前景等作一综述。“,”SCC /XPC complex is a nucleotide excision repair(NER)protein complex mainly responsible for repairing ultraviolet light (UV)induced DNA lesion.Recently it was reported that this complex plays a role in the ma-intenance of pluripotency in embryonic stem cells (ESCs)and somatic cell reprogramming of fibroblasts to induce pluri-potent stem cells (iPSCs).This review emphasizes the composition and structure of the complex and its application in the induction of pluripotent stem cells from human dental pulp cells (hDPC-iPSCs).
