目的识别、分析某玻璃纤维公司生产线职业病危害因素,提出职业病危害的关键控制点及其防护对策。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法分析和评价。结果有毒物质浓度均符合职业接触限值要求,粉尘CSTEL的最大超限倍数为3.3,噪声及高温检测最大值分别为87 dB(A)、42.4℃。认为该生产线主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、丙酮、高温及噪声。结论该生产线采取的职业病防护措施基本有效、可行,但仍要加强通风除尘(排毒)措施的维修保养,加强个人防护用品的佩戴,落实各项职业卫生管理措施,以降低职业病发生的风险,保护劳动者的职业健康。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a fiberglass production line and put forward the key control points of occupational hazards and their countermeasures. Methods The field occupational health survey, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination methods were used to analyze and evaluate. Results The concentrations of toxicants met the occupational exposure limits. The maximum over limit of dust CSTEL was 3.3 and the maximum values of noise and temperature were 87 dB (A) and 42.4 ℃ respectively. The main occupational hazards of the production line are dust, acetone, high temperature and noise. Conclusion The occupational disease prevention measures adopted in this production line are basically effective and feasible. However, the maintenance of ventilation and dust removal (detoxification) measures should be strengthened, personal protective equipment should be worn, and various occupational health management measures should be implemented to reduce the risk of occupational diseases and protect Employee’s occupational health.
