本文对光子扫描隧道显微镜(PSTM)显微成像机理、成像规律做了较为系统的论述,针对具体的物理模型进行数值模拟计算,得到了与实际探测相一致的场分布规律。采用自行研制的PSTM的显微实验系统对多种样品进行了表面显微成像研究,获得了关于样品表面三维立体图像信息。通过多种图像处理手段对原始图像进行后期处理,得到了更具视觉效果、更为逼真的样品表面图像,为其广泛的应用奠定了技术基础。
In this paper, the microscopic imaging mechanism and the imaging rule of the photon scanning tunneling microscope (PSTM) are systematically discussed. The numerical simulation of the physical model is carried out and the field distribution law consistent with the actual detection is obtained. A microscopic experimental system of PSTM developed by ourselves was used to study the surface micro-imaging of a variety of samples, and the three-dimensional stereoscopic image information of the surface of the sample was obtained. Through a variety of image processing means to post-processing the original image, a more visual and realistic image of the surface of the sample is obtained, laying a technical foundation for its extensive application.
