基于我在中国西南地区的考察,联系到社会林业项目点的选择,对项目组选点提出以下意见。 我建议项目组在选点时应把短期的实施与社会林业发展和林地管理的长期目标联系起来。因此,建议把金沙江流域分成三个地区,划分标准是根据林地的危机范围率,可分为低危机区、中危机区和高危机区。在考虑这些危机的时候应该把森林土地和森林生态的保护、管理与开发结合起来。这些分类可以指导项目组对于特殊的地区提出社会林业的计划、战略与对
Based on my study in southwestern China, I contacted the selection of social forestry project points and made the following comments on the selection of project teams. I suggest that the project team, when choosing the site, should link short-term implementation with the long-term goals of social forestry development and forest management. Therefore, it is suggested that the Jinsha River Basin should be divided into three regions. According to the crisis range of forest land, the classification criteria can be divided into low-risk areas, medium-risk areas and high-risk areas. When considering these crises, the protection, management and development of forest land and forest ecology should be combined.
