目的观察甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的突发性耳聋患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的82.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者采用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗效果显著,改善患者的临床症状,促进恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection on the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 70 cases of sudden deafness admitted to hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was higher than that of the control group (82.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Sudden deafness patients treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate have significant effects on the ear, which can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
