中国共产党的执政资源已经发生了巨大变化,并伴随着大量正常和非正常的流失,这已严重影响到了中国共产党执政的合法性和执政能力建设。因此,我们党必须提高其整合执政资源的能力,构建“整合导向型政党”。
The CPC’s governing resources have undergone tremendous changes and accompanied by a great deal of normal and irregular losses. This has seriously affected the legitimacy of the CPC’s ruling power and its ability to govern. Therefore, our party must improve its ability to integrate resources for governing and build an “integrated-oriented political party.”
