为了便于对深海立管系统参数振动进行研究,以及涡激-参激联合振动的研究得以展开,设计海洋立管参数激励装置。通过PLC控制2台双轴步进电机分别来模拟平台的垂荡和海水流过立管的相对运动,通过改变装置上主动杆和从动杆的连接部位来调节平台的垂荡振幅,绘制装置模型图、PLC控制流程图、I/O分配表、硬件接线图和装置逻辑图,基本实现平台的升沉频率为0.4 rad/s~1.6 rad/s,深沉幅度为0 m~2 m,海水的海面流速为0.1 m/s~1 m/s,满足试验条件。
In order to facilitate the research on the parameters of deep-sea riser system vibration and the study of vortex-g-joint vibration, the marine riser parameter excitation device is designed. The two biaxial stepping motors controlled by PLC are used to simulate the relative motion of the platform and the seawater flowing through the riser respectively. The pitch and amplitude of the platform are adjusted by changing the connecting position of the active rod and the driven rod of the device. Model diagram, PLC control flow chart, I / O allocation table, hardware wiring diagram and device logic diagram.
