本文考查了在1200~1500℃退火处理对液相烧结93W-4.5Ni-2.5Fe 重合金机械性能的影响。经退火氢含量从2.2ppm 降至1.2~1.3ppm。增强了界面结合强度,使机械性能提高;随着退火温度升高,磷在界面的偏析度增加,使机械性能提高的幅度降低。氢富集引起界面结合强度的降低要大于磷偏析
This article examines the 1200 ~ 1500 ℃ annealed on the liquid phase sintered 93W-4.5Ni-2.5Fe heavy alloy mechanical properties. The hydrogen content after annealing was reduced from 2.2ppm to 1.2 ~ 1.3ppm. Enhances the bonding strength of the interface and enhances the mechanical properties; as the annealing temperature increases, the segregation of phosphorus increases at the interface and decreases the extent of improvement in mechanical properties. Hydrogen enrichment caused a decrease in interfacial bonding strength more than phosphorus segregation
